Dr. Ashkan Jalili has been in private practice since 2001 and he is currently an instructor for the Chiropractic Board Exam Reviews, in the areas of Neurology, Orthopedics, Radiology, Chiropractic Science and Philosophy as well as Neuromuscular Diagnosis. He serves as faculty at Cleveland Chiropractic College in Japan.
He has served as the past president of California Chiropractic Association-Westside District. His practice ranges from management of sports injuries with laser to functional clinical chiropractic neurology, for conditions such as vertigo, dizziness, headaches, ringing in the ears, post concussion syndromes and weaknesses. Dr. Jalili combines the traditional chiropractic adjustment and the state-of-the-art technology with active rehabilitation to maximize functional body restoration and healing.
Dr. Jalili is a Industrial Disability Evaluator in the state of California recognized by Industrial Medical Council and Workers Compensation Appeals Board. He is a member of Canadian Chiropractic Association, American Chiropractic Association and California Chiropractic Association.
Parisa Serri, L. Ac., MTOM
Parisa Serri is a licensed acupuncturist and an herbalist. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in science from mcmaster university in canada, she attended Emperor’s College of Traditional Chinese Medicine where she graduated Cum laude. Parisa has done her trainings in the following fields: Addiction, Oncology Support, Women’s Health and Infertility, Psycho-emotional support. Parisa has maintained a full time practice in Sacramento, ca with emphasis on women’s health and infertility issues.
Leona West, C.N. 
Leona West is a Nutritionist, Fitness Trainer, Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator, Herbal Educator, Natural Health Educator and Speaker and Food Enthusiast. Leona completed a formal nutritional medicine program through AUCM, The American University of Complementary Medicine and is currently in their Herbal Medicine program. Leona has additional training and certification in Functional Endocrinology and Blood Chemistry Analysis. Leona has also interned, apprenticed and continues to collaborate with professionals in Medicine, Naturopathy, Clinical Nutrition and Biochemistry. Leona is very honored to work with Dr. Ashkan Jalili and contribute in supporting his patient's health.
Leona has assisted others in addressing many different conditions including fatigue, stress and adrenal conditions, Auto-immune disorders, weight loss, digestive health, cholesterol and heart health, blood sugar issues, addictions, stroke recovery, fertility, hormonal issues in both women and men, pain and inflammation, systemic candida, and people who just want to improve their overall health and gain more understanding about food choices. Leona uses nutritional therapies, herbs, supplements, detoxification programs, whole food and lifestyle practices. Leona also honors and addresses the emotional factors in good health and in persistent health problems.
Leona first became interested in Natural Health and Nutrition as a teenager, when by changing her food, lifestyle and employing herbal therapy, Leona was able to totally restore her own health after experiencing debilitating conditions of chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, amenorrhea and ovarian cysts. Leona takes a whole body, whole mind approach to health. Leona favors traditional modalities that look at the whole person coupled with cutting edge approaches in diagnosis and in natural therapies as a result of current scientific research. Leona is excited to work with people who are ready to make a change in their health and transform their life. Leona understands that even simple food and lifestyle changes can make a significant positive affect on how we feel in our body and mind and how it reflects in our entire lives.

Julie Festa, L. Ac.
Julie Festa is a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist. She received her BA in Theatre and Dance from the University of California at Santa Cruz and earned her Master’s degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Emperor’s College, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Julie is also a certified tai chi instructor and teaches workshops on tai chi, qi gong, and Chinese medicine. She has studied extensively in areas of women’s health and fertility, musculoskeletal injury and pain management, oncology care, and post-traumatic stress disorders. Julie also treats many other conditions, including gastro-intestinal issues, respiratory problems, cardiovascular disease, migraines, and psycho-emotional issues. She is pleased to be a part of the Santa Monica Wellness Group, where compassionate and comprehensive health care is her highest priority.
Tina Ojima, LMT 
Tina Ojima has been practicing at Santa Monica Wellness Group as our Massage Therapist and has established herself as one of the patient's favorite practitioners due to her amazing touch and healing abilities. Tina caters to the majority of the chiropractic patients as a complementary therapy, enhancing patient's healing and de-stressing the body.
Most of Dr. Ash's patients request Tina's body work before their chiropractic treatment, since their recuperative abilities increases tremendously. Tina is experienced in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Shiatsu, Soft Tissue, Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Reflexology.
Zohreh Serri, Office Manager
Zohreh is a our full time office manager. She runs the daily operational tasks and keeps all of us on our toes. Her personality and manners are unique and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all of our patients.
